Lee Moyer - 69 Love Songs

You don't know anything.
I don't know anything.
About love

Magnetic Fields week continues with some classical (and pop) allusions. Who can tell me what the letter in the heart mean?

  1. Only if you can tell me what you mean by "mean." Do you mean what does it signify? Designate? Indicate? Signify Semantically? Syntactically?

To clarify my position from a pragmatic standpoint, uh . . no. Despite my brushes with Semiotics and Saussure, I don't have a clue it means (in any sense of the word "means").

  2. Holland Dozier Holland.
    Does that help at all?

'The Death of Ferdinand de Saussure' seems to somehow conflate the assassination that "sparked" the War to End All War with Semiotic pioneer de Saussure's imagined retroactive assassination at the hands of a true Romantic "this is for
    Holland-Dozier-Holland!"

    Sic Semper Tyrannosaurus?
